• 50% of booking amount is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. 
• 100% of payments are refunded when the reservation is canceled at least 21 days before arrival. There is no refund for cancelations after this date. 
• A pre-authorization of USD 750 is held at time of booking, and released no later than 7 days after checkout

• Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests
• No pets are allowed
• Smoking is not permitted inside the residence or on balconies
• Keep beach sand out of the home by using our outdoor shower to rinse off prior to entering the residence
• Check-in is no earlier than 4pm ET on the arrival date
• Check-out is no later than 11am ET on the departure date
• Maximum two vehicles at any time
• We do not permit house parties or large social gatherings that exceed the overnight guest count of 8 guests.
• Lock all doors when leaving the residence
• Lock the glass sliding door behind garage when not in use

This is our personal residence that we invite others to come and stay when we are not occupying our home. We are not a large rental company with excess funds to constantly repair and replace items. Please treat our property as you would your own home, and you will be welcome back at our home for many years to come.
