Our First Visit to AMI. 
When we first discovered AMI, my wife and I rented a quaint Airbnb in Holmes Beach. I happened to notice a beautiful blue building only a few blocks away in Bradenton Beach. 

We Made it Our Own.
A few months later, the TOP LEVEL in this same building became available for sale. It was as beautiful inside as out. I learned from our realtor it was owned by an art teacher, who had cherished her beach house and gave it her own personal style. We were fortunate to buy it, and we now spend our vacations at the prettiest home on AMI, located 80 steps from one of the pristine beaches on AMI.

Hear The Surf From the Balcony.
The front balcony has a partial view of the gulf, and the rear balcony off the master bedroom offers peeks of the bay. We often enjoy a fresh sea breeze through the home, as we are open to both  the gulf and bay side of the island. This top level home feels more like a private getaway, and less like a vacation rental.
