Escape to a spacious lakeside home in Somerset, just 20 minutes from Stillwater. The lower level features a 12x20 heated indoor pool and hot tub. Adjoining the pool area is a kitchenette and living area with large TV.

The home sits on the bank of a 40-acre fishing lake. In summer, the hosts provide kayaks and a paddleboat.

Upper levels of the home include a gourmet kitchen and 5 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. This modern home is filled with natural light from nearly 50 lake-facing windows.

We are thrilled to list our newest Airbnb property, located just north of Somerset Wisconsin. It is about 20 minutes to Stillwater, and 15 minutes to Osceola and Trollhaugen Ski Area.

Overview:

This 5,000 square foot lakeside home boasts an indoor pool and hot tub, access to a 40 acre fishing lake with private dock and kayaks, and outdoor spaces including fire pit, pond with aerating fountain, and privacy afforded by a 3 acre lot surrounded by woods and water.

Lower Level:

The pool room includes a 12x20 swimming pool heated to 88 degrees Fahrenheit year round. The hot tub is heated to about 105 degrees. The pool room opens to a kitchenette and dining area, as well as a family room with big screen TV. This is a perfect space to enjoy snacks and movies, while the kids splash in the pool! The lower level has lake views and opens to a lower level deck with some seating and sun loungers in the summer.

Main Level:

The great room has 20+ foot ceilings with electric blinds for the upper windows. It includes a gourmet kitchen, small living area, and dining area for ten adults. You will love the custom walnut tables and new Bosch range! This level features main level master bedroom with en suite bath, as well as a library nook. The main level opens to the upper deck, furnished with composite dining table and gas grill.

Upper Level:

Four bedrooms and two full baths are on the upper level. The upper area includes a loft area that overlooks the great room. This loft area functions as a 3rd living area in the home.

Decks:

The rear of the home has a lower and upper deck. The upper deck is furnished with dining table for six, and a gas grill. The lower deck has some seating and sun loungers in the summer months.

Outside:

Guests can access the lake down the back of the home. The walk down to the dock is a little steep, so it may not be accessible for those with limited mobility. There is a fire pit with firewood and fire starter for guest enjoyment. Guests have access to two garage stalls. The exterior pole barn is for owner storage only.

Guests have access to the entirety of the home, the dock, garage, and the pond in the front yard. The exterior shop building is for private owner storage.

The owners are available via phone/text. They are located about 15 minutes away, and available to stop by to assist with home mechanicals or other items.

Guests need to replace the covers on the swimming pool and hot tub after each use to minimize indoor humidity. Owners will post instructions.
